Each stream has live switching, professional audio, graphics and a crew monitoring the signal.
Book as soon as you have a date, ideally a few weeks out, so there is time for a venue walk-through and an internet check. The connection at the venue is the biggest risk in any live stream, and it has to be tested before the day, not on it.
A wired internet connection is best, plus power near the camera positions and access to the sound system if there is one. If the venue has no reliable internet, the crew plans a cellular backup. Freddyville Media checks all of this during planning.
