1. Introduction
By accessing the website at https://freddyvillemedia.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Services & Engagements
Freddyville Media Productions LLC provides video production, content marketing, digital strategy, podcast production, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be outlined in individualized project proposals or master service agreements signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and access to locations or personnel as required to fulfill the scope of work. Delays in client feedback may result in extended timelines.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Standard video production projects include two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in your contract. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final approval marks the completion of the project phase.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client is granted the agreed license to use the final deliverables. Freddyville Media Productions retains the right to use the produced materials for portfolio, marketing, and self-promotional purposes unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.
6. Limitations
In no event shall Freddyville Media Productions be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or deliverables.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
