Freddyville Media’s Terms of Service ensure transparency, trust, and clear expectations for all video production and content marketing projects.

1. Introduction

By accessing the website at https://freddyvillemedia.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Services & Engagements

Freddyville Media Productions LLC provides video production, content marketing, digital strategy, podcast production, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be outlined in individualized project proposals or master service agreements signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and access to locations or personnel as required to fulfill the scope of work. Delays in client feedback may result in extended timelines.

4. Revisions & Approvals

Standard video production projects include two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in your contract. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final approval marks the completion of the project phase.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client is granted the agreed license to use the final deliverables. Freddyville Media Productions retains the right to use the produced materials for portfolio, marketing, and self-promotional purposes unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Freddyville Media Productions be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or deliverables.

7. Online Bookings, Payments & Refunds

Some packages can be booked and paid for directly on this website. Payments are processed by Stripe; Freddyville Media Productions never sees or stores your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars. By completing a booking you agree to the terms in this section.

Paying for one-time packages. One-time packages (such as AI Production packages) can be paid in full at booking, or with a 50% deposit at booking. If you pay a deposit, we email you an invoice for the remaining balance automatically as soon as the deposit clears. It is due on the date shown on that invoice, which is set to your package’s stated turnaround, and in any case must be paid before your final files are delivered. We do not store your card or charge the balance automatically — you pay that invoice yourself.

Cancelling a one-time package.

Cancel within 24 hours of booking: you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancel after that, but at least 48 hours before your scheduled start date: you receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled start date, or after work has begun: no refund is given.

We always work to deliver what you booked. If we are unable to complete delivery, the refund is limited to 50% of the amount paid, including where no final files were delivered. Delivered work that you would like changed is handled through the revision rounds included in your package; it does not count as a failure to deliver and is not grounds for a refund.

Monthly plans. Monthly plans (such as Always-On Content) are billed in advance at the start of each monthly billing period and renew automatically. New monthly plans carry a three-month minimum commitment. After the minimum, you may cancel by notifying us at least 7 days before your next billing date; with less notice, the next billing period is charged and the cancellation takes effect after it. Payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable.

Rescheduling shoot days. A scheduled shoot day may be moved at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, that shoot day counts as used for that billing period.

Scope. A booking covers the scope listed on the package page at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

How to cancel or reschedule. Email info@freddyvillemedia.com. The time we receive your email is the time used for the notice periods above. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
